When will I receive my order, if I order it today? 

As long as you order on any of the 5 working days before 1 pm, your lashes will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after the payment and will arrive within 1 to 3 working days. 

Orders made during weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. 

What is your refund or return policy? Due to the nature of our Adanma’s Beauty lashes and for hygiene reasons, all purchases are final. Therefore, refunds/exchanges mostly won't be accepted.

What if I’ve been sent the wrong item? Returns are only accepted when you have been sent the wrong item. In that case, the lashes must remain intact and unused if you intend to return them. Please notify us about the error within 14 days after date of purchase. To complete the return/exchange, we will require your email with your proof of purchase and picture of the wrong items.
